Winter Runs for Middle School Track will begin Feb 3, 2026 after School from 3:30-4:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All athletes that are not in a sport are welcome to these optional workouts as we prepare for the season. Practice for Middle School Track begins on March 16th. Please make sure that you have registered and have a current physical on file before then. If you have any questions please contact Frank Verenski @ fverenski@bcsd5.org. Athletes should bring clothes for both indoors and outdoors on these runs.
